<p> Koliko često izlazite iz zone komfora? Dogodi li vam se da neke namirnice kupite pa stoje mjesecima dok ih se napokon ne odvažite isprobati? Iako police zdrave prehrane redovno posjećujem već 5+ godina, i meni se dogodi da mi treba vremena da izađem iz poznate i ugodne atmosfere u nešto novo, da isprobam nešto novo i riskiram da ne uspije. Prava istina je da vam strah ne može donijeti ništa dobro, a rizik ne mora, ali MOŽE! Meni je donio jednu vegan torticu koja je ispala savršena. 🙂</p>



<p>Stoga danas želim i vas navesti da iskoristite neku zdraviju namirnicu koju ste kupili u naumu da se bolje hranite, ali ste ju onda sakrili u najdonju ladicu. Nije strašno, dajte mašti na volju, iskoristite internet za inspiraciju i može ispasti odlično. </p>
