<div class="wprm-recipe-summary wprm-block-text-normal">Ovo mi je jedno od dražih jela iz djetinjstva koje sam sasvim uspješno uspjela replicirati i u nešto nutritivno bogatijoj verziji. U osnovi su palačinke s rižinim brašnom, tanke i mekane, kao i one klasične, a punjenje čine sir, jaja i aroma limuna. Mirisne, tople, ukusne. Isprobajte. 🙂</div>

Nisam još isprobala koristiti rižino brašno u potpunosti, ali vjerujem da bi palačinke bile dobre i tako.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1943-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px";>Postupak je sljedeći: prvo izmutim dva jaja mikserom, a zatim kroz sito dodajem suhe sastojke: brašna i whey (često i cimet za aromu). Nakon toga kratko izmiksam smjesu i dodajem mokre sastojke (mineralnu i mlijeko). Ovdje uvijek pazim da mi smjesa bude kompaktna i mokre sastojke dodajem odokativno, uz miješanje, nikad striktno kako piše u receptu. Zašto? Jednostavno, nekad jaje bude malo veće, nekad manje, nekad će ispasti koji gram brašna više i slično. Iz vlastitog iskustva znam kako je to peći palačinke na struju i koliko strpljenja je potrebno. Iz tog razloga tavu krenem grijati već dok pripremam smjesu. Dodatno, palačinke ispadnu bolje kad na tavi otopim malo kokosovog ulja i dodam u smjesu prije pečenja. Također, prije pečenja svake treće ili četvrte palačinke dodam vrlo malo kokosovog ulja. U redu je i okus limuna, a u redu je i zamijeniti Bolero s nekom drugom vrstom arome. Ono zašto ja volim koristiti Bolero u pripravi slastica jest spoj arome i slatkoće koju dobijem. U slučaju da se ne koristi Bolero, smjesu je potrebno dodatno zasladiti stevijom, eritritom ili nekim drugim sladilom.</div><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-media wprm-recipe-instruction-image" Nutritivna vrijednost palačinke odgovara verziji u kojoj sam koristila mineralnu vodu umjesto mlijeka. Nekad ih radim i s mlijekom, kao i bez bjelanjaka, no tad trebate biti svjesni da mijenjate vrijednosti prikazane iznad. Bez whey proteina i sojinog brašna (dakle samo povećate pirovo brašno za isto grama) palačinke okusom ispadnu otprilike iste i jednako su ukusne, no onda opet imate više ugljikohidratni obrok, nego proteinski, što je isto ok, samo da vam osvijestim tu razliku. 🙂<br />
Nadam se da ćete isprobati palačinke i odviknuti se od onih klasičnih, jer, barem ja, ne vidim razlog zašto bih ih više ikad radila na stari način. U punjenje se neću uplitati. Tamo se nađe svega, ovisno o raspoloženju. 😉</span></div></div>
