Volim ju miješati s bobičastim voćem, narančom, bananom, ali i orašidima. Ovaj je put izbor pao na orašide. Odabrala sam lješnjak. Rođendanska je torta odlično prošla i ostavila nas bez dodatnog komada &#8220;za ponijeti&#8221; pa nisam imala druge nego ponoviti recept čim uhvatim vremena. Usput sam se potrudila uslikati proces pripreme i zapisati sastojke, što u svoju kuharicu, a što u MyFitness pal aplikaciju. <p>Ova je kuharica nastala iz vlastite želje za osvještavanjem o važnosti bjelančevina, kao jednog od tri makronutrijenta, u svakodnevnim obrocima.</p>
<p>Proteini (bjelančevine) su nužni za zdravlje naših tijela, imaju niz pozitivnih učinaka na zdravlje, doprinose zdravlju kostiju, snižavaju krvni tlak, doprinose mršavljenju, povećavaju osjećaj sitosti, čuvaju ili potiču rast mišića te sudjeluju u održavanju metaboličkog zdravlja.</p>

<p>Ovaj je prosinac u našoj obitelji po svemu neobičan, nepredvidiv i protkan povremenim ružnim trenucima koji nas ipak uspijevaju podsjetiti koliko smo zahvalni na onim najvrjednijim, a često zanemarenim stvarima, kao što su obitelj, zdravlje i zajedništvo. Takvi trenuci uspješno su nas odmicali i od pretjerane blagdanske vreve, nervoze i masovne kupovine.</p>



<p><strong>Za blagdane se MORA samo ono što ti zaista donosi MIR u srcu.</strong></p>



<p>Ako to pravilo nije zadovoljeno, svi običaji zaista gube smisao.</p>



<p>Božićni keksi se ne moraju raditi, ali su kod mene ove godine bili više od običnih keksa. Bili su naši prvi zajednički keksi u kojima je i najmlađi član obitelji sudjelovao. Iako obožavam peći kolače, ne volim onaj pritisak koji se godinama u meni stvarao oko blagdana. Dok sam bila mlađa, tata bi odredio brojku kolača koju moramo ispuniti, a onda bih nakon desetak dana slušala žaljenje kako ih nitko više neće jesti. Odavno mi to nije imalo logike, ali sam slijepo slijedila tradiciju. Sad kad imam svoju malu obitelj, divno je u nju utkati neke druge vrijednosti i pažljivo birati aktivnosti i načine koji blagdane neće odvajati od onog prvog uvjeta, a to je da nam ne naruše mir. </p>



<p>Dan kad smo radili ove keksiće bio je prožet uzburkanim emocijama od prethodne noći, a keksići su predstavljali uspješan bijeg od stvarnosti. </p>



<p>Roko i ja smo zaronili u božićnu idilu, slušali božićne pjesmice,  mijesili, rezali kalupe, pekli i isprobavali što smo ispekli. Bilo je zanimljivo, ali zanimljivije od rezanja kalupa u tijestu postala je vožnja autića po &#8220;snijegu&#8221; (brašnu) koja je uslijedila, zajedno s oduševljenjem gledajući u snježne gume na autima.</p>

<p>Ubrzo smo imali cijeli vozni park u brašnu, ali nisam se nimalo bunila jer sam taman imala mira za dovršiti kekse, a recept pišem u nastavku.</p>

<p>Slatko za svaki dan prvenstveno je e-book sa slatkim receptima u nutritivno bogatijoj verziji, a zatim ostvarenje moje dugogodišnje želje i veliki ponos.</p>



<p>Želja za izradom vlastite knjižice s receptima nastala je još prije nekoliko godina. Bilo je perioda u kojima sam skupljala recepte, onih u kojima bih se razočarala fotografijama koje bih uslikala, rjeđe razočarana i kolačima koje napravim. Periodi su bili isprekidani nekim drugim željama, ali s vremenom bih se opet vraćala svom Excel-u, s mišlju kako ipak sadrži nešto vrijedno: mojih 7 godina eksperimentiranja sa zdravom kuhinjom, lekcije koje sam putem učila, okuse koje sam godinama unaprjeđivala, pohvale i zadovoljene osmijehe dragih ljudi koje sam putem skupljala.</p>



<p>Iz tog sam razloga odlučila ostvariti svoju dugogodišnju želju, i to baš na 30. rođendan, u nadi da ću još nekome približiti nutritivno bogatiju kuhinju na jedan ukusan i sladak način. Jer slatko zaista možemo jesti svaki dan, u količinama koje ne narušavaju našu dnevnu potrebu za svim nutrijentima, a kad su u pitanju ovakve slastice, ta se količina može i povećati!</p>



<p>U nastavku zaviri u sadržaj kuharice, a ispod te čekaju podaci o narudžbi.</p>
